My aim is to accompany and support you on your way to a better and lasting quality of life and, if necessary, back to sporting ambitions.
The areas of our body are in constant interaction with each other and can thus influence each other.
That’s why I look at people holistically in my therapy. Adapted to your individual needs, I treat you with a (sports) physiotherapeutic or osteopathic focus.
A detailed consultation gives me an initial picture of your complaints. We will also agree on a common therapy goal.
By means of a holistic examination tailored to your problems, I derive possible therapy approaches.
The therapy is the result of anamnesis and diagnosis and includes both passive and active techniques.
Neck, thoracic and lumbar spine: blockages, stiff neck, lumbago, disc problems, tension, wear and tear, pinched nerve, …
After operations and/or injuries to the shoulder, arm, knee, foot and hip
Overstrain, headaches, jaw pain, nerve pain, groin pain, …
In my practice in Kaisermühlen I have the necessary equipment for active and passive therapy. This way we can work together holistically on your goal.
What excites me most is understanding why something works the way it does. It is above all people who fascinate and challenge me again and again with their complexity.
In my free time, sports play a major role – I spend most of my time running in various forms, with trail running being my favourite discipline. Additional stabilisation and strength training is not missing 😉
I work as an elective therapist. For an aliquot reimbursement of the costs of therapy with me, you need a prescription from your doctor, on which the following should be stated:
It is necessary to have the prescription approved by your health insurance company in advance in order to be able to apply for an aliquot reimbursement of costs after the therapy (some health insurance companies are currently suspending approval – please contact your health insurance company in advance).
You can contact your health insurance company here:
We agree on the method of payment at the first appointment – this can be done in cash or by bank transfer.
Cancellation fees of 85€ apply for appointments that are not cancelled or cancelled less than 24h before the appointment.
At the end of the therapy you will receive a collective invoice, which you can submit to your health insurance together with your pre-approved prescription. The remaining difference may be covered by your supplementary insurance – please enquire about this with your supplementary insurance.
As osteopathy is not a medical service covered by the health insurance, you cannot submit this service – however, a supplementary insurance may cover this medical service. Please enquire about this with your supplementary insurance if necessary.
The best way to reach me is by email or SMS (see contact). If I don’t pick up when you call, you are welcome to leave me a voice message – I will reliably get back to you.
